We aim to address critical issues facing underprivileged communities through volunteering programs. Volunteering with Joe Community Outreach in Kenya will give you an opportunity to learn and contribute to the well-being of different communities. JCO looks to engage individuals/groups interested in making a difference in the community in the following programs: – medical field, social work, environmental conservation, agribusiness, and youth empowerment. Apart from volunteering, JCO also gives the volunteers a chance to explore Kenya through tourism. This includes going on a safari to visit its spectacular coastline around Mombasa, wildlife experience in their natural habitat, and immersing in the local cultures and traditions. Our volunteering programs run all year-round

Why We do it

Too often, communities in developing countries are cut off from access to good healthcare, technology, innovations and best agricultural practices that can improve their production and competitiveness. JCO is designed to help bridge the gap by putting up measures through the volunteering programs to help the people access to resources, skills and information needed for them to thrive.

Let’s work together in reshaping our community for a better living.
